Recently, LEAT's SBN-5KN-STD separation nut successfully operated to unlock an on-board vibration isolation system for reaction wheel after more than 100 days of in-orbit flight. 

The shape memory alloy based separation nut was used in the Space New Technology Test Satellite (SATech-01) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The satellite was successfully launched at 12:12 a.m. Beijing time on July 27, 2022 by the "LIJIAN-1A" (ZK-1A) launch vehicle from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in China. The success of the in-orbit long-time storage test shows remarkable long-term flight performance of our separation nut.
